Design Process & Policies

• What's Included: Your $75 design fee covers the initial creative process and up to three iterations of your custom design.
• Revisions: Should you require further revisions beyond the initial three, additional charges may apply based on the complexity and scope of the requested changes. We'll always communicate any extra costs upfront.
• No Refunds: Once your custom order has been initiated and the design work begins, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Your custom-designed item is made exclusively for you.
